With today’s saturation of blogging and bloggers, most are becoming more and more blended together. Eventually, you couldn’t care less who wrote the article. All that really matters is that Google’s spiders have effectively found the information you were looking for. Most bloggers write about the same topics with relatively the same opinions and with the same style of presentation. However, from time to time there are those that stand out. These folk are commonly referred to as writers. Now, in my opinion, the main difference between a stereotypical blogger and a stereotypical writer is that one writes what they want, and the other writes what is worth writing about and is qualified to do so. The latter, is exactly why thewatchful.org is officially adding ProfesorTom to our writing team.

I have known ProfessorTom for quite some time now and he is one of the very few to actually make it into my feed reader. ProfessorTom writes consistently on a few fronts. Some of these include political commentary, current events in technology, and film reviews/criticism. ProfessorTom is also syndicated as a film critic over at Montag’s Movie Reviews. I recommend you check those guys out as well.
